I beganfarming peppers on the Big Island of Hawaii in my early twenties circa 2015.Since then, I’ve created a meticulous blend of tropical fruit and exotic peppers to arrive at Monkey Junks original flavor, LAVA TEARS. This sauces flavor is driven by Chocolate Habaneros, Mangos andFresnopeppers.

Monkey Junk takes pride in supporting local farmers by sourcing the finest peppers in Western North Carolina. Our most recent development, BLUE TRINIDAD, merges Wild Blueberries, Trinidad Peppers and complimentary spices that burst with a symphony of flavor.
