When we released this nut butter as a seasonal Limited Batch, the response was so overwhelmingly positive, we knew we needed to add this nut butter to our regular line-up.

This enchantingly bright nut butter is like spreadable lemon coconut cookies in a jar, hence the name change from Lemon Coconut to Lemon Cookie in March 2024.

Organic cashews, real lemon, Organic coconut nectar, and flaky Jacobsen sea salt combine with the crispy texture of our delicious house-toasted coconut to make an out-of-this-world!

Made with fair labor (SMETA) certified cashews.

Our freshly made nut butters have a best-by date of one year from production date.
